We work with fabrics, stones, threads, and other materials in limited quantities. This means that, at times, the exact reference material may no longer be available. In those cases, we always select alternatives of equivalent quality and aesthetic value.

Since each piece is handmade, there may be slight differences in tone, finish, or texture. These variations are part of the unique character of every creation.

3️⃣ Uniqueness of each piece

Every garment and accessory is one of a kind. While we follow the creative direction requested, we cannot guarantee a 100% identical replica — the essence of our work lies in the individuality of each piece.

4️⃣ Artistic concept and creative freedom

For certain commissions, we work based on general guidelines only. In those cases, we apply our artistic vision and aesthetic judgment to shape the piece, which may differ from what was originally imagined, but it is an integral part of our identity as a luxury house.

The variations mentioned above are inherent to our artisanal and creative process, and therefore do not constitute grounds for return or claim.
